Landcare Awards

The National Landcare Awards is a key biennial event which acknowledges and celebrates local Landcare achievements at a national level, and sees 69 finalists from across Australia featuring in nine diverse categories.

Held since Landcare’s inception, the State & Territory and National Landcare Awards ceremonies showcase the achievements and history of Landcare and Coastcare, and above all recognise the invaluable contribution of volunteers to both the initiatives. Funded by the Department of Agriculture, with categories sponsored by Qantas and Westpac Agribusiness, the Landcare Awards are an opportunity to showcase the projects and partnerships around Australia that continue to strengthen Landcare participation and protect our precious natural resources.
